Items that are readily available will be couriered within 24 hours.  Tracking details will be sent to you via mail.

Items on pre order will have a specific time frame, which will be communicated to you when placing an order.

All pre orders will receive weekly updates via mail.  Please remember these emails might end up in spam.

Once pre – orders arrive, it will be checked and couriered to you, and tracking details will be forwarded.

A standard fee of R100 will be charged per package.

We will not refund or exchange any shape wear/beauty tools/ear accessories, solely for hygiene purposes.

For all other items the below applies:

If a specific item needs to be exchanged, please bring it to Allure Adornments attention within 24 hours of receiving your package.

The exchange item will need to be returned to Allure Adornments in it’s original packaging within 72 hours of receiving the item.

Please take note that the return fee will be the clients liability unless Allure Adornments is at fault.

We are a strictly online store and no pick ups will be available.
